About the role
- Intern supporting User Experience Research in Safety Engineering at Dräger. Analyzing user requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams on innovative safety technology concepts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze use cases and user scenarios
- Plan, conduct, evaluate and present results from qualitative and quantitative usability tests, user experience tests and user research studies
- Derive actionable recommendations to improve the user experience
- Further develop UX research methods together with a motivated team of UX researchers
Requirements
- Enrolled in Psychology, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Factors, Cognitive Science (at least in the 4th semester) or a comparable degree program
- Proficient in MS Office
- Enjoy observing and analyzing
- Passion for current trends in UX, UCD, user research, etc.
