About the role
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies for global clients.
- Set up, optimize, and scale campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and emerging platforms.
- Define target audience personas, map behaviors, and tailor campaigns to drive impact.
- Measure and report campaign performance against objectives and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights to inform optimization and budget adjustments.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns backed by data.
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital planning & buying within media agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, tools, and cross-channel interactions.
- Confidence in managing budgets, analyzing performance, and responding to trends.
- Curiosity about the latest digital trends and how to apply them to client strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in multicultural, partly remote environments.
- A proactive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
- Certifications: Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Google Ads Certifications (Measurement, Video, Display, Shopping), Facebook Certified Media Buying Professional, PCM – Digital Management.
