Responsibilities
You continuously analyze and optimize data to drive campaign growth.
Develop marketing strategies together with our social media team and our clients—targeted and effective.
You act as the client's main point of contact. You independently handle strategic planning, campaign setups, and data analyses.
Implement and maintain tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
Analyze campaigns, derive insights, and provide regular reporting.
You scale existing campaigns and regularly think beyond conventional approaches.
With your empathetic, professional, and confident manner, you build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Online Marketing Manager, SEM/Performance Marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist focusing on Google Ads and tracking.
Solid experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Coding knowledge in areas such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to adjust tracking scripts.
Excellent German skills (C2). English skills are a plus (at least B2).
