Responsibilities
Marketing and sales for deposit and loan products and services.
Manage a portfolio of relationships evaluating activity and follow up on requests for new products and services.
Manage and update client portfolio profiles, working with branch and lending staffs to obtain all required documents and enhanced due diligence as required.
Regularly visit client sites and maintain frequent contact through telephone and email, including cold calling and in-person visits to targeted clients.
Keep informed of bank products and services, policies, practices, regulations, and laws as applicable to your function.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum seven years of experience in banking and/or lending, or marketing/sales.
Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the deposit operation and lending functions.
Good understanding of all required documents needed for opening new accounts.
Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.
General knowledge of lending and deposit regulations and laws.
Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints.
