About the role

  • Administrative Auxiliary handling processes to improve mobility services at Motiva. Engaging with suppliers and internal customers in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle the processes under your responsibility, ensuring proper execution within established deadlines and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
  • Monitor the tickets assigned to you in Conecta.
  • Create requisitions and process/record ad-hoc order measurements in the SAP system (MM).

Requirements

  • High school diploma (completed)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with administrative routines
  • Availability to work in the Osasco, Vila Sônia and Capão Redondo areas
  • Incomplete higher education or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields
  • Knowledge of SAP (MM module).
