Responsibilities
Collaborate on and manage projects primarily within Rewards, including Compensation Benchmark Analysis, Salary Band Definition, Variable Remuneration Analysis and Model Design, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity & Transparency, and more
Collaborate on projects related to Careers and Performance Management, participating actively in the design and implementation of career frameworks, performance appraisal processes, and talent management initiatives
Conduct complex analyses based on client and market data using Excel, and prepare engaging client presentations and reports with PowerPoint
Contribute to the development and production of Mercer’s Total Compensation Surveys
Lead client presentations, foster strong relationships, and actively participate in business development efforts
Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and support the growth of our business
Requirements
Degree in Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, HR, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
Proficiency in English and Portuguese
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with a numbers-oriented approach
Organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous
