About the role

  • Recruiting Lead for Oliver Wyman focusing on DACH market strategy and execution. Managing recruitment lifecycle and ensuring diverse candidate acquisition across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of the regional recruiting strategy for CEU and Switzerland
  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting and hiring top talent, including partner-level candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Utilize advanced executive search techniques to identify and engage senior-level candidates
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights into industry trends
  • Partner with key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and deploy innovative sourcing strategies
  • Provide mentorship and professional development coaching to junior recruiting team members
  • Lead special projects related to recruiting and human capital initiatives

Requirements

  • Around 8 –10+ years of end-to-end experienced hire /partner recruiting experience, ideally gained within the professional services or management consulting
  • Familiarity with DACH talent landscapes
  • Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential – Workday is advantageous
  • Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
