Responsibilities
Own the execution of the regional recruiting strategy for CEU and Switzerland
Develop and implement strategies for attracting and hiring top talent, including partner-level candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Utilize advanced executive search techniques to identify and engage senior-level candidates
Conduct thorough market research to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights into industry trends
Partner with key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
Develop and deploy innovative sourcing strategies
Provide mentorship and professional development coaching to junior recruiting team members
Lead special projects related to recruiting and human capital initiatives
Requirements
Around 8 –10+ years of end-to-end experienced hire /partner recruiting experience, ideally gained within the professional services or management consulting
Familiarity with DACH talent landscapes
Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines
Fluent in German and English
Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential – Workday is advantageous
Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
