Support in the preparation and facilitation of workshops
Advising and collaborating with our clients (across industries and company sizes)
Gradual assumption of (sub)project responsibilities

Requirements
Very successfully completed Master's degree (Business Administration, Project and Process Management, Psychology, Business Informatics or similar with a focus on HR)
Some practical experience in a consulting environment, e.g., through internships, is desirable
Strong analytical skills and affinity for technical preparation, processing and analysis of data
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint
Fluent German and English skills
High level of initiative, flexibility and willingness to travel (we will not, however, send you abroad every week or permanently to a client site)
Client orientation ("consultant mindset") and strong communication skills
