Requirements
- Very successfully completed Master's degree (Business Administration, Project and Process Management, Psychology, Business Informatics or similar with a focus on HR)
- Some practical experience in a consulting environment, e.g., through internships, is desirable
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for technical preparation, processing and analysis of data
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint
- Fluent German and English skills
- High level of initiative, flexibility and willingness to travel (we will not, however, send you abroad every week or permanently to a client site)
- Client orientation ("consultant mindset") and strong communication skills
