About the role

  • Develop and execute a successful new business strategy targeting new logo acquisition in the Midsize and Large Enterprise space within the Dutch market.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close complex Unified Communications (UC) and Customer Experience (CX) opportunities, involving hardware, software, services, and subscription models.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners and distributors to jointly develop sales strategies and deliver customer solutions in line with our GTM model.
  • Work alongside Pre-Sales Engineering and Operations teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to C-level stakeholders, clearly articulating business value and technical advantages.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of opportunities, activities, and forecasts in Salesforce, ensuring full visibility across the organization.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in new business development and solution selling to C-level executives, ideally in the Unified Communications or Customer Experience sectors.
  • Strong background in selling complex solutions, including Unified Communications, Customer Experience, VoIP applications, and Professional Services.
  • Solid understanding of IP/SIP telephony architecture and data networking principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships and close high-value deals.
  • Experience working within an indirect sales model and collaborating with channel partners and distributors.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter mindset with the discipline to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com for daily operations, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more, depending on business needs, across the Netherlands.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, capable of working as part of a wider Benelux regional team and contributing to shared goals.
