Responsibilities

  • Managing your established customer base (no cold calling)
  • Competent and service-oriented product consulting and support
  • Planning and executing customer retention initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or key account management
  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
  • Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage
  • Structured and independent working style with a strong customer focus
  • Completed commercial/business-related training is desirable
