  • Business Banking Relationship Manager delivering financial solutions to small businesses in Baltimore Metro Area. Managing high value client relationships and supporting profitability growth of client base.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $20 million
  • Actively manage and deepen relationships with high value clients
  • Support growth of the profitability of small business customer base
  • Acquire new client opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Open core small business accounts while adhering to procedural guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven success in consultative sales in financial services or business-to-business sales
  • Ability to demonstrate examples of improving specific businesses financial outcomes
  • Passionate about outside sales and enjoys prospecting
  • Experience analyzing financial conditions and industry trends
  • Thorough knowledge of small business financial products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and other banking systems
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or economics preferred or seven years relevant work experience
