  • Technical Key Account Manager responsible for the technical support of key customers. Collaborating with teams to optimize performance and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Technical support of key customers
  • Identifying and analyzing customer needs
  • Implementing customer requirements in collaboration with the technology department
  • Developing strategies and advising customers to optimize and improve plant performance
  • Leading and coordinating technically complex projects
  • Acting as an interface between customers, service and sales organizations, and our internal departments
  • Project tracking and supportive coordination of customer support activities within the assigned sales area
  • Presenting and coordinating technical innovations and improvement programs for the installed base

Requirements

  • A completed technical degree (FH/university) or strong practical knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or microsystems engineering
  • Professional presence and strong presentation skills
  • Enthusiasm, team spirit, and goal orientation
  • Internationally oriented working style
  • Business-fluent English
  • Willingness to travel
