• The professional will be responsible for ensuring alignment between business requirements and the Netcracker WOM solution, ensuring operational efficiency in service management and field order processes.
• Translate the needs of business and engineering areas into technical solutions within WOM;
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs related to service order execution and field team productivity;
• Perform critical analyses and improvement recommendations, proposing functional and technical adjustments;
• Prepare and validate functional, technical and integration documents, ensuring alignment between corporate systems (BSS/OSS);
• Lead test validation, defect analysis and technical support during implementation and go-live phases;
• Present and defend solutions to internal operator teams, conduct technical handovers and participate in war rooms when necessary;
• In post-production, monitor performance indicators, issue application health reports and work with the observability team for fixes or improvements.
