About the role

  • Business Development Manager at Minsait developing strategic alliances primarily with Microsoft. Leading cloud solutions and optimizing relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in the AWS, Microsoft, IBM ecosystems, among others, with a strong results orientation to lead the development and management of strategic alliances.
  • Strong knowledge of partner programs (including MDF, co-sell, and competency designations) and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams, fostering a strong partnership culture within the organization.
  • Develop and manage the partnership with Microsoft.
  • Act as the primary interface with Microsoft, ensuring alignment between objectives, strategies, and global programs. Maximize the use of Market Development Funds (MDF), aligning them with company priorities.
  • Maximize the utilization of Microsoft incentives, aligning them with company priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to generate opportunities, increase consumption, and deliver value through Microsoft solutions.
  • Support the management and expansion of the business pipeline, focusing on cloud solutions and sustainable growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute a joint business plan (BP) with Minsait and Microsoft stakeholders. Monitor KPIs and ensure revenue performance, growth, and innovation impact.
  • Represent the company at events, workshops, and Microsoft ecosystem initiatives, staying current on trends, products, and programs.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Partner Development Manager (PDM) or in roles related to Strategic Alliances or Microsoft Partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, D365) and partner programs (e.g., Microsoft Partner Network, Solution Partner Designations).
  • Proficiency in the use of MDF and incentive programs, with a strategic ROI perspective.
  • Excellence in relationship management, influence, and coordination with cross-functional teams and external executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT and/or related fields.
  • Advanced English and Spanish are a plus.
