About the role
- Senior Infrastructure Analyst responsible for technical evolution in container orchestration for a digital transformation company. Collaborating on strategic projects using agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Work on both the operational support and the technical and strategic evolution of our clients' container orchestration platforms.
- Possess technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Experience with Rancher Fleet, Longhorn, or NeuVector.
- CKA or CKAD certification — Rancher Prime Specialist.
- Knowledge of Azure AKS, AWS EKS, or GKE.
- Experience with cost monitoring, FinOps, and cluster optimization.
- Proven experience with Rancher 2.x Prime, RKE, RKE2, or K3s.
- Strong command of Kubernetes, Helm, kubectl, YAML, ingress controllers, storage classes, and CNI networking.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Understanding of container security, RBAC, Network Policies, Secrets, and PodSecurity policies.
- Experience in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem) — a strong plus.
- Desirable knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux) and multi-cluster management.
