About the role

  • Strategic account manager focusing on SAP consultative sales and project development. Building high-level relationships with C-Level executives in a growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic owner for business development, primarily focused on consultative sales of SAP projects and services (S/4HANA, SAP AMS, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP, SAP Data & Analytics).
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts, establishing high-level relationships with C-level executives and influencers, and ensuring coordination of the company's multidisciplinary capabilities.
  • Business development and revenue growth: generate and manage a pipeline of SAP services opportunities (projects, AMS, S/4HANA migrations, rollouts, evolutionary improvements, integrations).
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, diagnosis, proposal, negotiation and closing. Strategic Account Management: develop comprehensive account plans (organization, strategy, pain points, priorities, political map, competitor moves). Maintain and expand presence in key industry accounts.
  • Lead client rituals (QBRs, Steering Committees, technical and executive meetings).
  • Internal and external stakeholder relationships: act as the client's trusted advisor on SAP topics and technology transformation.
  • Connect with offering leaders (SAP, Cloud) to structure robust solutions.
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners (SAP, etc.).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative sales of SAP services (AMS + Projects).
  • Solid knowledge of SAP solutions: S/4HANA, ECC, AMS, BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, PI/PO, among others.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong background in digital transformation concepts, architecture, integrations and governance.
  • Experience with RFP processes, negotiation and management of large contracts. Target-driven profile with resilience, ownership and commercial discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related areas such as Relationship Management, Project Management, People/HR, Business Administration, among others.
  • Advantage: proficiency in Spanish and/or English.
