Responsibilities
The professional will work on: business analysis for a web Human Resources system, People Management and Payroll business analysis;
Preparation of technical documentation;
Elicit and refine requirements and map processes, interacting with stakeholders;
Structure action plans and escalate blockers;
Perform functional testing and validate deliveries together with business teams;
Ensure that deliveries meet the defined acceptance criteria;
Provide daily product support;
Creation and updates of spreadsheets;
Familiarity with the company's methods and processes.
Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of the systems and solutions developed, able to respond to technical and usage questions about these products for Analysts and Coordinators.
Proven experience using payroll processing systems;
Experience in developing or maintaining career plans, job and salary structures is a plus;
Knowledge of the Federal Public Servants Statute;
Knowledge of the CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws - Brazil);
Knowledge of DIRF;
Knowledge of RAIS;
Knowledge of eSocial;
Residence in Greater Florianópolis;
Availability for hybrid work;
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
