Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and technical excellence in software development.
• Collaborate in the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in critical technical decisions and mentor the team on best practices.
• Work on requirements analysis, planning, and defining implementation strategies.
• Develop and maintain systems, including creating automated tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver solutions.
• Ensure code reliability, robustness, and high performance.
• Perform testing, bug fixing, and continuous optimizations.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Configure, build, and deploy applications to the required environments.
• Monitor production deployments, ensuring stability and continuity.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Back-End development with Java.
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cache, Spring Batch.
• Experience with AWS (S3, Pipelines, EKS, VPC, Security Groups, Kafka, MSK and CI/CD-related services).
• Familiarity with On-Premise environments such as OpenShift (PaaS).
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture.
• Experience with microservices and container-based applications (EKS/Docker).
• Experience building APIs with Spring Boot integrated with Kafka and REST, using FeignClient or WebClient, including fault-tolerance patterns (Hystrix/Resilience4j).
• Knowledge of event streaming with Kafka.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Gitflow, and Maven.
• Experience with Redis, MongoDB, SQL Server, and Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Dynatrace).
