Responsibilities
Lead Indra Brasil’s efficiency and growth agenda by mapping value opportunities across all areas of the company, structuring the financial management of the transformation, and ensuring organized execution of initiatives using a scaled agile model.
Act as the central point between leadership, operations and technical teams, ensuring discipline, predictability and value capture for the business.
Map efficiency, productivity and growth opportunities across market, operations, delivery, finance, talent and governance areas.
Create and manage business cases, defining resources, investments, timelines, ROI and financial impact for each initiative.
Establish processes and execution routines to ensure adherence to the transformation plan.
Prioritize domains and initiatives based on impact, risk, feasibility and strategic alignment.
Implement and maintain transformation governance including rituals, KPIs, executive forums and standardized artifacts.
Lead multidisciplinary squads using a scaled agile model, removing impediments and ensuring cadence.
Structure and disseminate the corporate transformation methodology, standardizing workflows, templates and operating models.
Manage people, develop talent and promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and results orientation.
Requirements
Solid experience in digital transformation, consulting, performance management or strategic PMO.
Experience in financial management, business analysis and value modeling.
Experience with scaled agility and portfolio governance.
Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with data, analytics, AI and automation is desirable.
Degree in IT and/or related fields.
Proficiency in English or Spanish for communication is required.
