About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing support for HR functions and managing front desk operations. Works part-time to assist with onboarding and administrative duties for the site.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for all office personnel
  • Provides HR support under the direction of the HR Business Partner
  • Coordinates first day instructions for new hires
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office

Requirements

  • An Associates Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is required.
  • A minimum of two years related experience is required.
  • Prior HR coordinator, generalist, or recruiting experience is required.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office software and have a proven track record of successfully meeting deadlines.
