Support BCP needs, including booking accommodations and coordinating with employees and providers.
Help the medical team with sourcing, purchasing, and scheduling of medical equipment/demo needs.
Update attendance records, monitor schedule adherence, and manage BCP directory and organizational updates.
Provide general administrative support for meetings, tours, provider visits, and team activities.
Requirements
College graduate.
At least 2 years of administrative assistant or coordinator experience; customer service experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Fluent in English and Filipino; additional languages a plus.
