About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting billing processes at International SOS in a dynamic environment. Ensuring operational efficiency and providing administrative support for various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on network provider billing, payment records, and open Guarantee of Payment (GOP) statuses.
  • Review invoices and documents for accuracy and coordinate with Finance/GSS for billing queries.
  • Assist with business travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and PO creation.
  • Support BCP needs, including booking accommodations and coordinating with employees and providers.
  • Help the medical team with sourcing, purchasing, and scheduling of medical equipment/demo needs.
  • Update attendance records, monitor schedule adherence, and manage BCP directory and organizational updates.
  • Provide general administrative support for meetings, tours, provider visits, and team activities.

Requirements

  • College graduate.
  • At least 2 years of administrative assistant or coordinator experience; customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino; additional languages a plus.
