About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo analyzing personal documentation and customer credit for Cyrela in São Paulo. Collaborating with sales team and supporting client needs in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review of personal records with credit protection agencies (credit bureaus)
  • Analysis of clients' personal documentation and financial capacity using CRM and onboarding systems
  • Preparation of reports and opinions for evaluation by higher-level approval/management
  • Assess risks associated with credit applications and propose alternatives to mitigate them
  • Monitoring existing client portfolios to identify issues or irregularities that may affect their ability to pay
  • Interface with sales and back-office teams to manage risks
  • In-person and telephone customer service

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Experience in real estate/mortgage lending
