About the role

  • Marketing Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering administrative support to Teva's marketing franchise. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting marketing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing franchise.
  • Expertly manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
  • Book travel and prepare expense reports.
  • Organize team events and support field advisory board meetings.
  • Prepare materials for key gatherings and assist with marketing projects.
  • Track and prioritize projects with attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a fast paced, business environment
  • Project management experience required.
  • Budget support experience preferred.
  • Previous Administrative experience supporting Senior Leadership, or Marketing Leadership preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a pharmaceutical environment desirable.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Suite of software preferred, SAP and ADP familiarity a plus.
