Marketing Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering administrative support to Teva's marketing franchise. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting marketing projects.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing franchise.
Expertly manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
Book travel and prepare expense reports.
Organize team events and support field advisory board meetings.
Prepare materials for key gatherings and assist with marketing projects.
Track and prioritize projects with attention to detail and timeliness.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
High School degree required
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 years experience in a fast paced, business environment
Project management experience required.
Budget support experience preferred.
Previous Administrative experience supporting Senior Leadership, or Marketing Leadership preferred.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a pharmaceutical environment desirable.
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Suite of software preferred, SAP and ADP familiarity a plus.
