Responsibilities
Garantizarás que el equipo esté informado diariamente sobre las prioridades para personalizar el servicio
Tareas en ausencia de la FOM
Desarrollar relaciones de alta calidad con los huéspedes durante toda su estancia
Supervisarás y aseguraras el cumplimiento de los estándares de Meliá.
Deberás maximizar las ventas y potenciar el programa de Upselling
Realizarás un seguimiento continuo para asegurar el bienestar del cliente durante su estancia y superar sus expectativas
Requirements
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posición similar
Inglés nivel alto, valorable otros idiomas
Amplio conocimiento en los procesos operativos "back office"
Alta orientación al cliente y trabajo en equipo
Persona proactiva, dinámica y con alta vocación de servicio
