Requirements
final-year student or recent graduate (within up to 3 years of graduation)
motivated to build a career in HR within the international company
have leadership and strong analytical skills
goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
ability to relocate within Ukraine
advantageous: at least 1 year of professional experience (including internships and part-time roles)
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
