About the role

  • Graduate programme in HR aimed at developing leadership skills at BAT Ukraine. Involves HR tasks, international exposure, and contribution from day one at a leading company.

Responsibilities

  • development and promotion of the employer brand
  • organisation and continuous improvement of the employee onboarding process
  • support of initiatives related to talent attraction, retention, and development, etc.
  • active collaboration with managers and business teams
  • advisory and support to managers on people management-related matters
  • acting as a trusted Business Partner in all HR-related topics
  • management of compensation and benefits processes
  • ensuring HR administration and support of other HR operational processes within Company
  • compliance with internal procedures and support of their continuous effectiveness

Requirements

  • final-year student or recent graduate (within up to 3 years of graduation)
  • motivated to build a career in HR within the international company
  • have leadership and strong analytical skills
  • goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • ability to relocate within Ukraine
  • advantageous: at least 1 year of professional experience (including internships and part-time roles)
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
  • good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
