Responsibilities

  • Improve onboarding process
  • Review onboarding emails and checklists
  • Support recruiting and sales talent tools
  • Organize and document sales role profiles
  • Support leadership and retention planning
  • Create practical resources like onboarding checklists and templates

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field
  • Ability to travel as needed (Less than 10%)
