Responsibilities
Serve as a change agent — reinforcing company culture, championing right behaviours, and driving end-to-end talent management at the plant level
Ensure hygiene and full compliance of HR operations aligned with ASSA ABLOY group standards and local legislation
Manage HR audits and maintain 100% compliance with global company policies
Liaise with government bodies as required and oversee general administration
Establish and maintain a strong shop floor presence and manage employee grievances
Drive cultural assimilation initiatives and promote positive work environment
Partner with stakeholders to drive optimum employee productivity and mentor plant leadership
Support the Plant Operations Head in Employee Health, Safety & Environment initiatives
Maintain and report accurate HR MIS
Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resources / MBA – HR / Master of Social Work (MSW)
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a plant HR leadership role
Prior experience in a matrix organisation with cross-cultural stakeholder management
Strong change management capabilities with proven ability to influence without direct authority
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high responsiveness
Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
High standards of work ethics, professional integrity, and deadline discipline
Strong command over MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and HRMS platforms such as SAP / SuccessFactors.
