Responsibilities
Design and lead a fair, transparent, and competitive compensation and benefits approach that supports our business strategy and helps all employees thrive.
Own job architecture, market benchmarking, and pay structures, using data and collaboration to ensure equitable and competitive rewards across roles and regions.
Lead the annual compensation review process, partnering with leaders to deliver thoughtful, consistent pay decisions aligned with performance, budgets, and market trends.
Ensure simple, compliant, and well-documented compensation processes globally, acting as the process owner in Oracle and promoting consistency across regions.
Partner across teams and regions as a trusted advisor, connecting global and local perspectives and supporting managers and employees through clear guidance and training on compensation and benefits.
2-3 weeks of travel annually may be required.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related HR roles, including hands-on involvement in compensation review cycles
Practical experience with job evaluation and job analysis frameworks (Mercer or similar preferred)
Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms and MS Office; comfortable owning and improving system-based processes
Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Professional-level English (written and spoken) in a global work environment
