Responsibilities
B2B new customer acquisition: Actively identify and proactively approach potential new customers (outbound sales) in the strategic B2B environment with a focus on target groups such as large property owners, real estate funds, facility management providers and relevant planning offices
Sales: Actively support the implementation of the sales strategy and actively help shape market development in coordination with sales management
Lead generation: Use sales and marketing instruments to qualify and track leads
Proposals: Prepare proposals and support negotiation processes
Customer management: Assist in the ongoing support of existing customers and key accounts and actively maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Market analysis: Conduct research and analysis of market conditions, competitors and trends to prepare the sales strategy with a solid foundation
Travel: Willingness to travel actively within Germany and neighboring countries to attend customer meetings, trade fairs and represent the company
Requirements
Education: You have successfully completed a technical/ commercial vocational training or a degree (ideally related to technology or energy)
Initial professional experience: You bring initial experience in sales or active customer support, ideally in the field of complex B2B products that require explanation (e.g. building automation, energy management)
Basic technological understanding & willingness to learn: You have a good basic technical understanding and are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with complex digital value chains
Sales: You demonstrate strong initiative in acquisition and pursue leads in a structured and diligent manner, as your focus is on purposefully unlocking market potential and achieving deals
Language skills: You have very good German skills and good English skills to operate confidently in a diverse, including international, working environment
Demeanor: You present professionally and customer-focused, are a team player and have the necessary empathy to build long-term customer relationships
