Requirements

- Experience administering FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, or other leave processes
- Experience in healthcare or technology preferred
- Experience supporting multi-state workforces a plus
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms; BambooHR, UKG or similar systems a plus.
