Responsibilities
Contact person for our customers – you handle inquiries in day-to-day operations in a friendly, solution-oriented manner with a high level of service – by phone and in writing.
Customer loyalty instead of cancellations – you identify opportunities to win back customers who intend to cancel and implement targeted measures to improve customer retention and satisfaction, including complaint management.
Quotation management in the energy market – you calculate and prepare tailored offers for electricity and gas in the relevant systems – quickly, accurately and market-oriented.
Contract management & master data maintenance – you support our existing customers throughout the entire contract lifecycle, maintain contract and customer data, and ensure smooth processes.
Renewal and development of existing customers – you actively accompany our customers beyond the contract term and identify opportunities to renew or further develop the relationship.
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an office clerk or in a similar role.
Ideally, you bring initial experience in sales or customer service—experience in the energy industry is a plus.
You demonstrate a strong service orientation, reliability and an empathetic manner.
You enjoy direct customer contact—you approach people openly, warmly and with a solutions-focused attitude.
You are confident using MS Office and eager to learn new programs and tools.
As a team player, you are communicative, organized and able to work independently and responsibly.
