About the role
- Junior Customer Service Representative at ZURU, an international toy company providing customer support and managing order processes.
Responsibilities
- You will be the main point of contact for our customers and partners by phone and e-mail, handling communications independently
- You will manage the entire order process autonomously: entering orders, creating order confirmations, and ensuring on-time deliveries

Requirements
- Some practical experience in customer service, sales support, or a service-oriented environment is an advantage but not required

- Clear, friendly communication skills and a willingness to learn and take on responsibility
- Good organizational skills and a basic commercial understanding
