About the role

  • Customer Service Representative handling client orders, ensuring product availability, and providing administrative support in Montréal, Canada. Requires bilingualism in French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders;
  • Ensure the application of accurate pricing;
  • Work jointly with the production planner to ensure product availability;
  • Work jointly with the warehouse manager to ensure on-time deliveries. Contact the customer to inform them of any delivery issues;
  • Ensure required inventory levels are maintained. Manage aging inventories;
  • Receive customer complaints and manage communication with the Quality Department;
  • Provide a high level of customer service;
  • Prepare the necessary documentation to process customer credits;
  • Work jointly with the product development team to coordinate any product tests or modifications;
  • Handle the sending of samples;
  • Provide backup for colleagues during vacation or absence periods;
  • Billing.

Requirements

  • College education in administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent proficiency with computer tools.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
  • Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Diplomacy, professionalism, and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
