About the role

  • Analista de Suporte I providing technical support for internal and external clients at K M O Telecomunicações. Engaging in maintaining network infrastructure and improving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support related to the company's network infrastructure and services;
  • Assist internal and external users, remotely or on-site, providing guidance and solutions;
  • Perform preventive maintenance on systems and equipment;
  • Deliver training on the proper use of systems and equipment;
  • Assess and maintain the IT asset inventory;
  • Log and document technical incidents, keeping records up to date for analysis and follow-up;
  • Propose and develop standards, plans, and process improvements;
  • Participate in technical groups, committees, or commissions as needed;
  • Produce reports, presentations, and data visualizations in a clear and concise manner;
  • Act in accordance with organizational procedures and policies;
  • Collaborate with other teams, sharing information to resolve issues and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support and networking;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Skilled in producing reports and presentations;
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset;
  • Knowledge of ITIL, support tools, networks, and systems (preferred).
