Responsibilities
Provide technical support to 180 end-users via phone, email, or in person, utilizing a ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, and other related IT issues.
Setup and configure various hardware: laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices etc.
Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
Document support activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and software applications.
Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.
Good communication skills in German and English; additional languages (French) would be a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and respond effectively to urgent and unforeseen situations.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
