About the role

  • Technicien support informatique N2 supporting office users within a team at ESDI. Responsible for user assistance, diagnostics, and procedure management for client services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to the group's office users
  • Support and manage VIP users
  • Remote diagnosis of hardware and/or software issues
  • Identify the appropriate contacts/stakeholders needed to resolve issues
  • Create and update procedures
  • Independently manage the incident backlog
  • Manage and track hardware inventory

Requirements

  • Degree in IT (equivalent to Bac+2/Bac+3)
  • Profile and key qualities: rigorous, organized, autonomous, with an excellent service orientation
  • Project management skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of Windows
  • Networking knowledge
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • Experience in retail is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years' experience
