About the role

  • Sales Training Manager leading training initiatives for Advanced Surgical Technologies in Europe. Design and deliver programs collaborating with various stakeholders to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute technical, clinical and skill training focused on sales and customer support
  • Design and deploy training programs for new employees
  • Partner with local field management for ongoing sales team development
  • Drive collaboration to identify skill or knowledge gaps
  • Deliver clinical and technical content using various learning methods
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with successful 5 years combined experience in medical device sales, marketing, clinical experience, training delivery, or other relevant areas
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of successful field sales and support organization structure
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in multicultural organizations
  • Proven track record of ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization
  • Experience with project management and excellent planning skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English required; European language capability desired
  • Operating Room knowledge or experience
