About the role

  • Strategic Account Executive leading Medline’s Sales efforts in healthcare product accounts. Responsible for sales planning, account management, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Medline’s Sales efforts within a select group of major accounts
  • Provide a consultative approach in partnership with field sales
  • Responsible for maintaining existing business and growing market share
  • Develop and maintain existing sales programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or clinical-related field
  • At least 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to engage and present to senior management or C-suite
  • Ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
