About the role

  • Sales Executive at Funcional Health Tech, creating healthcare solutions while working in a hybrid model. Engage with B2B clients and ensure value generation through effective strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute strategic account plans, ensuring value generation for the client
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (PBM, Trade and PSP)
  • Lead executive meetings, QBRs (Quarterly Business Review) and results presentations
  • Ensure excellence in contract management, SLAs, KPIs and performance indicators
  • Work in partnership with internal teams and clients (marketing, access, sales, digital, etc.)
  • Use CRM to manage pipeline and relationship history

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B account management (Healthcare, Technology or Pharma)
  • Experience with access programs and patient support programs
  • Knowledge of PBM, Trade and PSP
  • Ability to translate needs into value-added solutions
  • Consultative, analytical and results-oriented profile
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and resilience
