Responsibilities
Build and execute strategic account plans, ensuring value generation for the client
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (PBM, Trade and PSP)
Lead executive meetings, QBRs (Quarterly Business Review) and results presentations
Ensure excellence in contract management, SLAs, KPIs and performance indicators
Work in partnership with internal teams and clients (marketing, access, sales, digital, etc.)
Use CRM to manage pipeline and relationship history
Requirements
Experience in B2B account management (Healthcare, Technology or Pharma)
Experience with access programs and patient support programs
Knowledge of PBM, Trade and PSP
Ability to translate needs into value-added solutions
Consultative, analytical and results-oriented profile
