About the role

  • Sales Consultant prospecting schools and educational institutions for bilingual programs. Engaging with decision-makers and managing contracts in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect schools and school operators/maintainers to present the bilingual program.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings (in-person and online) with decision-makers.
  • Deliver consultative presentations of the program, highlighting pedagogical and strategic differentiators.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM to track leads and opportunities.
  • Participate in educational events and fairs to acquire new clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (pedagogy, marketing, post-sales) to ensure consistency in the proposal.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the interior of the state of São Paulo.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preparing proposals, and closing contracts.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Clear communication, active listening, and ability to engage with different types of decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in sales funnel management, CRM use, and planning visits and follow-ups.
