Responsibilities
Actively prospect schools and school operators/maintainers to present the bilingual program.
Schedule and conduct sales meetings (in-person and online) with decision-makers.
Deliver consultative presentations of the program, highlighting pedagogical and strategic differentiators.
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM to track leads and opportunities.
Participate in educational events and fairs to acquire new clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (pedagogy, marketing, post-sales) to ensure consistency in the proposal.
Requirements
Must reside in the interior of the state of São Paulo.
Experience in B2B sales, preparing proposals, and closing contracts.
Availability to travel.
Clear communication, active listening, and ability to engage with different types of decision-makers.
Proficiency in sales funnel management, CRM use, and planning visits and follow-ups.
