Responsibilities

  • Receiving, processing and fulfillment of customer orders
  • Organising shipping and returns processes
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone
  • Handling complaints and providing support with orders or technical issues
  • Creating and maintaining product data and managing inventory levels
  • Monitoring product availability and working closely with our specialist departments

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a sales assistant or retail salesperson, or career changers welcome
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • High commitment and a solution-focused approach
  • Good German language skills
