Responsibilities
Provide service to a portfolio of lower-complexity clients through in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, ensuring all clients are served quickly and accurately according to their needs.
Deliver customer service with attentive, dialogue-based interaction and an understanding of client needs, in order to clarify doubts and provide necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
Assist clients with reimbursement requests and pre-authorizations through in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, ensuring effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for care received outside the accredited network.
Carry out the necessary procedures for market studies by gathering data and information required to complete quotation forms, in order to identify the best conditions and options for the client within the renewal deadline.
Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims indicators by organizing data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses, to provide clients with the results of their policy.
Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping conducted during execution, and the application of procedures and workflows, to suggest actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service.
Perform other related duties inherent to the position as required by the area’s needs and demands, and when necessary participate in training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
Basic knowledge of Excel
Experience in insurance, particularly with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations
