Senior Releasing Analyst driving critical part supply solutions for Ford. Managing interfaces between supply base and logistics systems while supervising demand analysts and logistics providers.
Responsibilities
Managing the interface between our supply base and the various Parts Supply and Logistics (PS&L)/Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems (SAP/SNC, MMP, SDS, Super-G)
Supervise a Demand Analyst and two Third Party Logistics providers who interface with our suppliers on issues such as behind schedule, backorders, Super-G performance, and Vehicles Off-Road
Escalate Supplier Performance for all suppliers in the assigned department as needed
Hold reoccurring meetings with high VOR/backorder/behind schedule/poor performing suppliers to obtain promise ship dates at the part level and drive overall supplier improvement and development
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
Ensure MCRP compliance via annual audits and certification
Support Sales & Marketing, CX (Customer Experience) initiatives, and other FCSD Transformation projects while working with Ford/Lincoln dealers, as required
Requirements
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
3+ years of supply chain, purchasing or related experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with large cross-functional teams and remotely supervise
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
Outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
