- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor analysts, and ensure alignment of analytics projects with organizational priorities.
- Manage a team of analysts, ensuring delivery of impactful analyses, dashboards, and recommendations.
- Drive analytics initiatives across business functions, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic insights.
- Plan, monitor & manage operational delivery to ensure adherence to agreed quality parameters & timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex analytics projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical techniques is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to organizational strategy
