About the role

  • Compensation Design Analyst at Yum! Brands supporting global compensation strategy. Partnering with the Senior Manager of Compensation Design for analytical and project-based support across compensation frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager of Compensation to bring global compensation strategies to life, helping shape frameworks, governance, and best practices used across the organization.
  • Contribute to high-visibility global compensation initiatives, including field, broad-based, recognition, and executive compensation programs.
  • Turn data into insights by supporting benchmarking, modeling, analysis, reporting, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Build and enhance analytics, reports, and dashboards that inform key compensation and business decisions worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality work on time, balancing precision with agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Own and maintain key Global Total Rewards resources, including the Global Total Rewards playbook and global job library.
  • Deliver meaningful compensation analytics and reporting that help leaders make informed, equitable pay decisions.
  • Help create clear, engaging Total Rewards materials, training, and communications for managers and employees.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching market trends, competitive pay practices, and emerging Total Rewards innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation or related HR roles or Finance, with a strong foundation in design and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Proficient in analyzing compensation data, preparing reports, and presenting findings.
  • Experience with benchmarking and compensation billing/tracking systems.
  • High attention to detail & sense of urgency.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to perform detailed research and provide insights that support decision-making.
