About the role

  • Personal & Executive Assistant closely collaborating with CEO in a Family Office in Berlin. Handling travel organization, event planning, and overseeing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Independently organize complex travel arrangements (e.g., multi-week international trips)
  • Plan and coordinate private and business-related events
  • Conduct research and book and coordinate a variety of services
  • Proactively resolve day-to-day challenges for the executive
  • Schedule and coordinate business appointments
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize and prepare meetings and business trips
  • Welcome and assist guests (including at board meetings)
  • Support organizational office projects (e.g., relocations, office setup)

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and high standards of quality
  • Proactive, solution-oriented work approach
  • Discretion, reliability, and enjoyment of working closely with others
  • Experience in an assistant role is an advantage but not required — career changers welcome
