Requirements
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior level executives.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effortlessly juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Independent executor who will seek answers, context, or direction when needed.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively execute tasks with precision.
Proficient in productivity tools, including Excel, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Smartsheet a plus.
Must have initiative and be able to exercise judgment.
