Responsibilities
Email management: You keep the CEOs' inboxes organized and under control
Calendar & priority management: You manage the calendars of both CEOs end-to-end
Communication hub: You act as the central point of contact between executive management, the team, investors and external partners
Meeting & event coordination: You organize internal and external meetings, offsites and workshops
Travel management: You plan and coordinate business travel
Operational support: You handle administrative and operational tasks in day-to-day business
Project support: You assist with strategic initiatives
Information management: You ensure that information is structured, accessible, and available at the right time and place
Requirements
Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a comparable role
Strong organizational skills and a keen sense of priorities
Good commercial/business understanding
High level of discretion, trustworthiness and personal accountability
Proactive, solution-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Ability to maintain an overview in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Confident user of common tools (Google Workspace / MS Office, calendar tools, etc.)
