Responsibilities
Manage agenda, priorities, and scheduling across multiple countries
Handle email management and inbox prioritisation for the Founder
Support correspondence related to business activities (including Chora and related entities when needed)
Organise travel, logistics, and cross-border coordination
Join meetings, take notes, and produce clear summaries with next steps
Track delegated activities and ensure follow-through across teams
Support operational gaps where no clear owner exists
Handle sensitive personal and business matters with full discretion
Gradually take ownership of coordination and selected meetings
Requirements
Strong organisational and execution skills
High attention to detail (no superficial work)
Proactive mindset: ability to anticipate and act without constant direction
Comfortable working in dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environments
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Digital-native (tools, AI, workflows)
Fluent Italian
