About the role

  • Account Manager acquiring and nurturing client relationships for marta, enhancing healthcare services. Managing client interactions and ensuring satisfaction with dedicated support.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for acquiring and managing your own client portfolio.
  • You introduce clients to the marta platform, provide technical support during their search, and are responsible for closing contracts via the platform.
  • You independently manage your client base and coordinate the deployment of caregivers, acting as the primary contact for relatives of care recipients.
  • You maintain regular contact with families, conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the caregiver, support transitions between caregivers, and prepare quotes.
  • You share best practices for conflict resolution with families.
  • You work closely with our teams across different countries.

Requirements

  • A completed qualification as a geriatric nurse, registered nurse, or a comparable degree (e.g., Health Management, Social Work, Social Pedagogy)
  • Initial experience in Account Management, Sales Development, or Business Development is helpful but not required
  • You enjoy speaking on the phone, and your friendly manner makes it easy for you to convince people seeking care to choose marta
  • You are personable, outgoing, and communicative
  • You have a winner mentality: you are willing to learn quickly, drive things forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
  • You speak German (at least C2); English is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an additional plus
